Stabile remission of early active rheumatoid arthritis treated with etanercept (Enbrel®)

Abstract
Regarding to the role of cytokines in ethiology of rheumatoid arthritis, the treatment with anti-TNFα is coming to be reasonable in early aggressive rheumatoid arthritis. Studies of etanercept in early stage of disease indicate the sustained efficacy and decreased rate of radiographic progression with signifficant improvement of life quality.
