Some skills which an entrepreneur needs badly

Abstract

An entrepreneur - whatever the size of his organization - achieves his goals with the work of his associates. It is his people who generate values using valuable and limited resources entrusted to them. The generated values will be more attractive, will bring higher revenues and more succes on the competitive market if the entrepreneur’s organization demonstrates a high labour efficiency. One of the most effective means to encrease a competitive labour efficiency is to lead people - the creators of all values - adequately. Both - an entrepreneur in the smallest enterprise as well as management in huge corporations - need leadershipskills and should use them.
