Abstract

In the Bible’s prehistory (Gn 1-11) the descriptions of creation of the world and man are represented as an ideal relationship in the world as God intended in the beginning, but on the other hand the narration of certain events tries to explain what led to the current state in which these ideals are not fully realized. All this is recounted in the form of family stories, so that we come to the conclusion that all key events relating to a particular person or to the whole mankind took place in the family. In this work the author presents selected passages from the Bible’s prehistory pointing at the elements concerning the relations in marriage and family.
