The Nature of Creativity

Abstract
In this study creativity was considered as a renewed interesting phenomenon. Based on the recent literature creativity was described as theoretical and as an empirical construct . In terms of a four-component frame (person, process, product, persuasion) creative personality and the creativity processes were thoroughly analysed. Relations among creativity and personal traits, intelligence, knowledge, thinking styles and motivation are discussed. The methodological problem of measuring creativity was discussed. Multiple measures of creativity were considered as a solution of its multifaceted nature. It is showed that from a developmental point of view, interdisciplinary differences in creativity were more rules than an exception.
