Abstract

The most common illness and symptoms that require therapy and care in gynaecological palliative oncology medicine are: pain, vaginal efluvium, loco regional vulvovaginal malignoma, postiradiational
cystitis, deep venous thrombosis, edemas, ascites, digestive or urinary fistulas, ileus, dispnea, uremia, nausea and vomitus, diarrhoea, constipation, anorexia, exshaustia, anxiety and depression. In this review, ranges and postulates in palliative medicine in gynaecology, particularly in terminal states, are presented.
