Abstract

Since the adoption of the 1990 Constitution Croatia was not completely lost for the idea and possibilities of alliances between states. Modern debates about constitutionalism, democracy and globalization actualize in full the concept of influential, powerful and fully structured multimembered international political organizations.
The paper briefly recalls the place and role of the Croatian confederal proposal (Rudolf’s plan).
