Abstract

Challenges of time in which we live in and of that which is before us require changes in approaches to observation of early education and approaching the child as a person who engages in the learning process at a very young age. Ways of learning and the need for useful lifetime knowledge should take place in parallel with educators and all who are interested in changes in the organization that learns. Many educators themselves are not aware of their impact on the development and progress of children. Children need not only educator, but also an actor, inspirer, leader, designer, artist, collaborator, researcher, evaluator... They need a versatile educator to whom the interests, needs and abilities of children come first. This educator will motivate and encourage them and support their development.
