Abstract
Web content management is a complex process. In order to define each model in detail, it is necessary to review various web design technologies and tools. Basic web design technologies- HTML and CSS - will be used to define static web content management model, while dynamic model will be defined on the example of CMS system. Web content management refers to the writing, editing and deleting of a finished web project's content. However, in order to describe and analyze it in details, it is necessary to review it from the planning phase. Given that in the process of web design more than one person is involved, i.e. an expert and a client, aside from analysis and definition it is necessary to consider the relationship between the designer/developer and the client/user as well.
