Abstract

In a man presented with Lyme disease and atrioventricular blocks of all grades, electrophysiology study is indicated followed by the implantation of the two chamber permanent pacemaker upon obtaining the findings. We consider electrophysiology study indicated in that group of patients for the purpose of making a decision – to implant a temporary or a permanent pacemaker.
