Abstract

In •the work a group of 24 pat4ents (13 female and ll male paltients) treated
wi'th laser Js compared wilth the con~rol group (8 female and 16 male paltientts)
troo'ted with magnettotherapy. They all had the diagnosis epicondylitis humerus.
In order to evaluate the efficacy ·vhe followi ng parameters were observed:
spontaneous :pain, Thomsens test and tthe clench of 1the liist. 11he parameters
were evaluated before .the treatment and afiter 20 applications.
The results show a better effiicacy when using laser than in the cont•rol group.
