Analysis of supervision of the quality management system from the highest management of an organization

Abstract

This article explains the procedure of executing supervision of the quality management system from the highest management of an organization. Through the description of input element, their analysis and conclusion procedure, a process is defined with a goal of seeing the big picture, efficiency assessment and effectiveness of a quality system in praxis. Author hopes that the article will contribute to improving the functioning of quality control systems in production and service companies.
