Abstract
Due to the extremely fast technological development, social and scientific trends, experts anticipate great challenges in the field of education, the quality process of which is essential in following
all the market and social changes that simultaneously both dictate and develop it.
For these reasons the concept of lifelong learning is positioned as the fundamental factor of personal and professional growth, because no science and therefore no knowledge are ever static or fixed. Awareness of the key role of education resulted in a richer and more varied market supply.
There are an ever growing number of educational institutions that offer their services. A successful brand of an educational institution is the reason why one will choose that particular institution.
