Abstract

Organizational (corporational) culture is a new and very specific concept for the organizational development and success analysis. This
work aims to operationalization and empirical analysis of that concept. The organizational culture is defined as very special organization behaviour style and a specific organization orientation.
Empirical research data (800 respondents) show six dimensions (factors) of organizational culture. They suggest the existence of two basic orientations: the first one is dynamic, creative culture, the other is static, bureaucratic organization culture. Qualitative analysis shows also that bureaucratic culture is the dominant one in enterprises included in research observation sample.
