Abstract

Research on the normative structure of the work organization has shown the existence of a relatively very systematized institution of power relationships operationalized in formalized rules of behavior. However, it is theoretically interesting to hypothesize a situation of perfect equilibrium and to hypothesize a transformation of power relationships with regard to it in a given work organization as well as the opposite situation of inequality and for it a corresponding transformation in the structure of power. Both ideal cases, of course, arrive at different modalities for establishing interpersonal relations and distributing potential power in the scope of the work organization. In addition to the two cited theoretical possibilities for studying the processes of the formation of power (perfect equilibrium-inequality), it is also interesting to study the application of the principle of action and reaction as a model for simulating diverse situations in the distribution of power in organizations.
