Abstract
In the years 2009-2011 field experiment was carried out, whose aim was determination of reaction of white lupin cultivar Boros to the initial nitrogen feeding and foliar feeding Basfoliar 6-12-6 (2 x 10 dm3·ha-1). It was found that the initial nitrogen feeding a significant increase prolonged lodging degree and stage of maturity compared with the control (without fertilization). The initial nitrogen feeding increased significantly number of pods per plant and the weight of one thousand seeds. Applied Basfoliar 6-12-6 did not modified yield components. Yielding of white lupin was variable between studies and averaged 3.95 Mg·ha-1. Starting dose of nitrogen significantly increased seed yield to the control of 0.15 Mg·ha-1. Applied foliar fertilizer had no effect on the average seed yield, but significantly increased the total protein content in the seeds.
