Abstract

There was presented a case of secondary infertility, dysmenorrhoea and metrorrhagia after induced abortion and a pregnancy after extraction of fetal bone fragment by curettage. The ultrasound examination showed an unusually hyperechogenic structure in uterine cavity but nobody did not think about possibility of retained fetal bone because all therapeutic procedures were anti-inflammatory and stop bleeding.
