Abstract

The basic working principles in toxicological-chemical analyses for the diagnosis of occupational poisoning are described. The tables show chemical tests for exposure to the most important metals, non-metals, aromatic hydrocarbons, halogen hydrocarbons, alcohols, amino and nitro compounds. Technical data on the methods of determination and sampling of biological material with relevant normal values can serve as very useful information to toxicologists, chemists and medical specialists on whose cooperation depends successful work and further development of toxicological-chemical diagnosis in occupational poisoning.
