Serapias × ambigua Rouy ex E.G.Camus (Orchidaceae) in Croatian flora

Abstract

In the spring of 2016, a hybrid orchid Serapias × ambigua Rouy ex E.G.Camus was found near Medulin (Istria). Parental species of this hybrid are S. lingua L. and S. cordigera L. Two specimens were found on a small grassland within the scrub dominated by Juniperus oxycedrus L. This confirmed earlier finding from 2009 and this taxon should be included on the list of the Croatian flora.
