Reaction calorimetry and its applications in biochemistry, physiology and related areas

Abstract

Most important types of reaction calorimeters (isoperibol, adiabatic, isothermal, conduction) are described and their sensitivity and reliability compared. Examples of the application of calorimetric techniques as thermodynamic and analytical tools are given.
