Abstract

The dilemas conected with the military education are examinated through three interconnected perspectives.The first one is related to the war perceptions war in range from slight perceptions to the deeper understanding. The starting point in the second perspective is training – education relation as dominating issue in the military education discussions. The hird one is based on the officers proffesion specifities in the military environment, including anomalies caused by the bureaucratic nature of military organization and related civilian biases. War complexity interactions with particularity of military proffesion and civil-military relations defines the limitations of war styding in military education. In order to surpass these limitations related to the war study as well as to the entire military education it is inevitable to take into account that the external civilian impact is crucial.
