The therapy of organophosphorus poisoning with particular regard to the application of' reactivators of the inhibited cholinesterase

Abstract
Basic data on the mechanism of cholinesterase inhibition by organophosphorus compounds and the properties of the inhibited enzyme have been presented. The mechanism of reactivation of the inhibited cholinesterase has been dealt with in detaid and particular attention has been paid to therapeutic measures applied today in the case of organophosphorus poisoning.
