Abstract

The effect of a series of the reactivators of cholinesterase and 3-diethylamino-ethyldiphenil propilacetate (SKF-525 A) and hemicholine (HC-3) on the activity of the rat's striated muscle in vivo has been examined. All the compounds examined decrease contractions of M. masseter produced by 2,4 dichlorphenoxi acetate (2,4 D). The results obtained are discussed in connection with the direct effect of reactivators and also with the cholinergic inervation of striated muscles.
