Selection of the staff engaged in ionizing radiation

Abstract

The professions which are essentialy or partialy concerned with ionizing radiation are characterised by the presence of future in their work. The principle of »world responsilibity« imposed upon these professions by the nature of the action of ionizing radiation concerns every person professionally involved. From this point of view the main principles of staff selection are presented.
