Abstract
In 2008, a multistrata site at the location of Stara
Vodenica, near Jurjevac Punitovački in the county
of Osijek-Baranja was excavated on the section
of the Đakovo – Osijek motorway. This work presents
an overview of pottery and three metal
finds from the mediaeval period, on the basis of
which the remains of this rural settlement can be
dated to the 12th and early 13th century.
