Abstract

The use of propolis in ecological agriculture based on his antifungal activity. In this research we tested influence of alcoholic propolis on growth of mycelium of Alternaria brassicae, Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium oxysporum and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
We have used 3 concentrations of propolis (0.5 %, 1 % i 2.5 %). Each of the used concentration has had lower 0or higher inhibitory influence on growth of phytopathogenic fungi. Full inhibitory activity on the growth of mycelium of B. cinerea, A.brassicae and F. oxysporum was recorded with concentration of 2.5 %, while growth was recorded at concentarcion of 0.5 %. On 1 % concentration there were statistically significant differences in the growth of the mycelium of fungi. All three concentrations had inhibitory effect on the growth of mycelium of S. sclerotiorum.
