Abstract

Psychotic disorders comprise a heterogeneous group of mental disorders based on clinical characteristics and diagnostic classifications. The mystery arround the psychotic state has always been marked by constant questioning of the diagnostic determinations of such disorders, with the ultimative consequence of a better and faster treatment. Through clinical experience and current classification of psychotic conditions, creativity in this segment of psychiatric profession has been ponderd and encouraged.
