Abstract

Among the causes of diseases (mycoses and pseudomycoses) on cultivated plant species in Croatia there is a large number of plant pathogenic fungi and pseudofungi that are introduced from other regions of the world. These are called neomycetes. To our knowledge on the basis of the available literature on the cultivated plant species (fruits, vegetables, crop plants and ornamental plants for commercial cultivation) in our country52 plant pathogenic neomycetes (23 pseudofungi and 29 fungi) are know.
