The Rise and Fall of Headquarters for the Defense of Companies in Croatia

Abstract
This paper deals with “headquarters for the defense of companies”, a special form of industrial conflict in Croatia. This kind of worker action has become widespread since the end of the nineties. The dynamic of this phenomen and its possible decline as the dominant model of conflict is analyzed thorugh three case studies. The final part of the paper poses several questions regarding the possibility of comparative analysis.
