Abstract

Use of Infrared spectrum for digital forensic This paper will show the possibility of using the infrared spectrum in forensics face recognition and achievements of different research in this area. The use of digital technology in various aspects of human activity leading to the fact that today almost every criminal activity involving the use of some form of digital technology. As a result, almost on all the scenes of criminal activity are found various digital devices that have stored digital traces and very often video material from surveillance cameras is analyzed. Acceptance of digital evidence in the trial process is strictly defined and beside to quality
of the evidence, the key is finding procedure and processing evidence. The use of the infrared spectrum in the finding and identification of digital evidence contributes to the better analysis and identification of digital traces.
