Abstract
The authors present the case of a 37-year-old female patient who came to the hospital because of the swelling under her left medial eye angle , with no sign of acute inflamation. CT examination of the nasoorbital region was performed in axial plane . A process with sharp margins, 10 x 16 millimeters in size, was visible. A probe puncture was done and we got the cytological diagnosis of Hydrops dacryocystae. The patient was treated surgically.
