Abstract

Archaeological excavation was undertaken at the Riva and
Flaciusova ulica sites in 2012 and 2013 in the frame of the
construction of a wastewater and storm water collector in Pula.
Roman sewn boats and numerous other archaeological artefacts
were found in the course of the excavation, including twentythree
Roman oil lamps. This paper presents a typological analysis
of the Roman period oil lamps found at the Flaciusova ulica
site in Pula.
