Abstract

A case of a 43-year-old man is described, in whom a solitary lesion of the cerebellum was discovered by the method of computerized tomography. The medical findings were later confirmed by the MR and the diagnosis of the abscess was ade. Control CT-checkups were performed to follow-up the dynamics of the development as well as the morphology of the
lesion. Two and half months later a micro-surgical operation for the purpose of biopsy was done, revealing malignant cells relative to secondary metastases.
