Abstract

During the 18-month Croatian Homeland War, 673 wounded were treated at Vinkovci Hospital, 16 (2.38%) of whom due to urogenital injuries. There were 12 renal and 4 bladder injuries. The basic principle of surgical treatment was a tendency toward organ conservation.
