Abstract

In this paper, the differences and upgrades
of methods regarding video production and
reproduction of the visual and infrared spectrum
are shown. Todays cameras selectively capture
only one spectral field. Two cameras are
constructed, and they record information of an
object in motion. They record simultaniously,
in two different visual fields. In preparation of
a storyboard in film production, a new colomn
is introduced, for the visual field invisible to the
naked eye.
Portaied are traditional ways of lighting a
film scene in interiors, and the possibilities
of using film industry lights in the making of
video twins are analized. Video twins show
different values and information in the gray
area. The differences create room for a new and
enhanced place in comunication design. New
ways of communication within the production
work proccess among all visual employees are
introduced.
