Abstract

In this work impedance model of the human body, defibrilation of the heart has been analysed. The process of defibrilation was simulated on personal computer and we got a wave shape of the electric impulse which we can see on the heart during defibrilation. The analysis was done for 2 different positions of defibrilator electrodes. The time analysis of defibrilator impulses on the other parts of the body show existance of currents and tensions in envirous of the heart and because of that, during defibrilation we must be very careful. The article show urgency of reduction of transitive resistance between skin and defibrilator electrodes because of Joulo’s losses which appear here. The time analysis of impulses show that capacity characteristic of the skin has influence on wave shape of impulses, respectively on tension which appears on electrodes during defibrilation. This work on PC help us to see how simple is the analysis of the work by this instrument and also need to inovate it.
