Abstract

The paper represents the analysis of 64 patients treated operatively of compressive syndrom. From the total number of patients there were 60.94% males, 39.06%, females, 85.94% workers, and 14.6% of clarks. Diagnostically, we found that in 78.12%, there were cases of dorsolateral hernia, and in 12.50% stenosis of spinal channel. In a group of operative interventions in 87.50% patients herniectomy has been performed and adhesiolysis in 14.06% of cases. From the total number of operated patients 6.25% of them become invalids. The others were able to work four months after operation in 50% cases, and the rest of them a year after the surgery.
