A general view of hepatic cysts, pseudocysts and choledochal cysts is given. A rare case with two aberant bile ducts is represented. One of thee ducts drained the right inferior, posterior segment of the liver, and the other one a mucuous cyst in the right inferior, anterior segment of the liver. The possibility of developing mucuous angiocholitis and mucuous cyst is disscused.
