CONFLICTS AND STRATEGIES FOR SOLUTION

Abstract
The author describes the basic characteristics ofa conflict, its development and the most frequent reactions ofpeople in conflicting situations. It also gives the strategies used in the conflict. Two different methods of solving the conflict are described, i.e., negotiation and mediation.
