Abstract
The appearance of laws of thermodynamics, especially the second law ofthermody- namics, has strongly “shattered” the earlier scientific concepts. The introduction of the concept of entropy to social Sciences is still today faced with difficulties. Only a few theoreticians accept that concept as a possibility of new knowledge in theory and in profession. The concept offers many possibilities, not only in theoretical elaboration, but also in its application in practical work of professionals.
