The Orientational List of Medical Documentation for the Medical Institutions

Abstract
Because of its universal usage, The orientational list of medical documentation for the medical institution is divided into nine groups:
I Basic files of patients
II Patient's dossiers (files)
III Specialized files and medical findings out of patient's dossiers
IV Laboratory tests and files
V Births and new-born children files
VI Documentation about dead patients
VII Reports and files about the effect of hospitals and condition of patients
VIII Files about usage of medicines
DC Other documentation.
Although this list includes characteristic documentation for medical institutions, there are many document classes not mentioned here to which we apply The general list of elimination according to laws. The orientational list does not exclude the use of individual lists - what is more, it is used as their base.
