Abstract

This paper gives the results of processing and analysis of measurements on new points of Geodynamic network of the City of Zagreb, after three GPS-campaigns performed on those points. Densification of the network with five new points in September 2005 improved the applicability of results in seismically and tectonically active region of eastern Medvednica. It is now easier to determine the causes of landslides and the link with tectonic activities for those urban areas, situated on clay layers in the bottom of Mount Medvednica. After the primary densification in 2005, the area of research has been extended to 21 points observed in 2006 and 2007. Processing and analysis of those two measurement series were performed with the latest version of scientific software GAMIT. For 2008, further research has been planned through the observation of all 41 points in the complete network.
