Abstract

In a study od the, relationship betwee n structure and central
nervous system activity a number of N-acyl-2(1-cyclohexenyl)butyramides
(IX-XV), 2-ethyl-2(1-cyclohexenyl)butyramide, 2-phenyl-
2(1-cyclohexenyl)butyronitrile and a series of N-alkyl-2(1-cyclohexenyl)
butyramides (XVI-XXVII) have been synthesized.
