Abstract

This paper presents a complete survey of all multilateral treaties on maritime law and the law of the sea which are binding for the Republic of Croatia. The author provides the basic information on all treaties in which the Republic of Croatia has become party on the basis of the notifications of succession in relation to the treaties ratified or acceded by former Yugoslavia.
