Abstract
A member of a crew is entitled to 60 percent of the foreign exchange allowance that would be due to him during employment.
Yugoslav law applies to the amount of damages for personal injuries of a crew member without regard to the amount which the shipowner is entitled to recover from P and I club in relation to this injury.
