Abstract

We report on hemorrhagic shock due to intracoital vaginal rupture in a sporadic case of gonadal dysgenesis with uterine and bilateral oviduct aplasia (46 XX) verifi ed during laparoscopy. Resuscitation with primary wound sutures was performed with full recovery.
