Attractivity of Croatian market for German investors

Abstract

Today in conditions of strong competition and globalization importance of foreign direct investments shows a growing trend for global economy. Foreign direct investments enable national economies to use and activate their potentioal and generate economic growth indirectly. As result of traditionally intenstive German-Croatian economic relations, Germany is the second largest investor in Croatia. Despite still present administrative investment barriers a growing number of German companies shows interest for entering the Croatian market. The main prupose of this article is to show attractiveness of the Croatian market for foreign investors in general and specially for German investments.
