Abstract

The article looks into the concept of human dignity in the context
of pluralist democracy, primarily as a cultural-anthropological premise;
the concept of pluralist democracy is seen as an organizational
consequence in the constitutional state. For the author, human dignity means a pertinent and fundamental right to democracy, and he elucidates this by comparing constitutional texts.
