Abstract
Productivity is likely to become a major concern of lwspitality management during the 2000s and into the twenty-first century. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to indentify the relevance of productivity management to the future of hospitality industry, and to examine possible strategies for increasing productivity within the industry.
