Abstract
PLIVA, as the largest pharmaceutical company in the region, pays particular attention to its employees, as the strongest asset of the company. PLIVA lives by its motto “PLIVA is its people”, developing and encouraging employee engagement in various ways. By launching initiatives and campaigns, PLIVA continuously demonstrates that helping others is part of its corporate culture and that it raises the employees’ awareness of the importance of serving the community in which it operates. PLIVA is particularly proud of its employees for readily taking part in various charity campaigns and events, believing that their example and engagement will additionally galvanize the community into action.
