Abstract

The article examines the origins and evolution of the European system of
collective security after the end of the First World War until the mid-1920s and
the Locarno Treaties. Based on the analysis of international documents and literature,
this study traces the development of European collective security through
the League of Nations and by examining the impact of the Locarno Treaties.
